The PNACHO-O 1600 is a three-phase, hermetically sealed oil-immersed distribution transformer for 10 kV medium-voltage networks. It is engineered to European standards and complies with Ecodesign Tier 2 – Regulation (EU) 2019/1783 – for guaranteed low no-load and load losses over a service life of more than 30 years. The corrugated-wall tank without conservator requires no oil maintenance and is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.

PV version: the 0.8 kV low-voltage winding is matched to central photovoltaic inverters (PV step-up transformer), with reinforced LV insulation and dimensioning for harmonic load.

Testing and conformity

Every unit undergoes routine tests to IEC 60076: no-load loss and current, load loss and impedance at 75 °C, winding resistance, voltage ratio and vector group, induced and applied voltage withstand, insulation resistance, tank tightness test (30 kPa / 12 h). Type tests (lightning impulse, temperature rise, short-circuit withstand, sound level) are available on request. Each transformer is delivered with test report, EU declaration of conformity (CE – LVD, EMC, RoHS, Ecodesign) and operating manual.
